Anthony GALLIANO is the Chairman of PREMIUM HR. He is a career Corporate and Investment Banker having spent 17 years with Citibank as a Senior Executive in 5 countries and 3 years with ANZ Bank, his last position being Corporate Bank Head of ANZ Royal in Cambodia. Anthony is the President Director of Covenant International Management, the Indonesian holding company. Anthony moved to Cambodia in 2008 and started his own conglomerate of companies, including Cambodian Investment Management, Dynamo Digital Advertising, Cambodian Investment Management Insurance Agent and Phnom Penh BG Serviced Office. Several companies in Cambodia have also outsourced their CFO function to Anthony. Anthony is also is a frequent columnist for the Phnom Penh Post and the host of Cambodia Business Week on Radio One FM 103.7.
